The Watertown TMA’s marketing and promotional objectives support our recruitment, retention and engagement efforts in our programs and our partners’ commuter and wellness programs. Our marketing and outreach efforts are designed to ensure that your employees and tenants know about the services that you have made available to them by joining the Watertown TMA.

Here’s How We Do It

On-site Events: Typically held in an atrium, cafeteria, or main lobby during lunchtime or in the morning before work, Watertown TMA tabling events are meant to provide visibility for the TMA’s programs and give our staff a chance to meet and interact with our members’ commuters. We bring everything for these events—tablecloth, assorted decorations, banner, marketing materials and prizes.

Online Contests: These promotions are advertised via the Watertown TMA website and email blasts and they usually call for an action on the part of a commuter in order to be entered into a raffle for a general prize. For example, we’ll run an eCommuter registration event asking commuters to create a profile by the end of the week. All newly created profile names will be entered into a raffle for an Amazon gift card or something similar.
